1. Introduction

This website is operated by Harvey Grays. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Supply-Only Model & Fitter Appointments

• Contractor Independence: Harvey Grays is a supplier of goods only. We are not responsible for any third-party contractors or fitters.
• Fitter Costs: We accept no liability for any costs incurred by the customer for booked fitters or tradespeople in the event that a delivery is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
• Recommendation: We strongly advise all customers not to book a fitter until they have physically received, inspected, and moved the goods into their property.

3. Product Accuracy & Distributor Status

• Distributor Status: Harvey Grays acts as a distributor for third-party manufacturers.
• Variations: Products (Engineered Oak, LVT, Carpets) may vary in colour/grain from digital images.
• Bespoke Goods: Items cut to size or made-to-order are non-returnable.

4. Shipping & Official Kerbside Delivery

• Scope: All deliveries are officially kerbside only.
• Timeline: Our 14-day delivery aim is an estimate. Harvey Grays is not liable for any consequential loss (such as lost wages or contractor fees) due to a delivery arriving outside of this timeframe.
• Transfer of Risk: All liability for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the requested address.

5. Inspection & Manufacturing Defects

• Mandatory Inspection: Customers must inspect all goods at the point of delivery.
• 24-Hour Reporting: Suspected manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 24 hours.
• Manufacturer Liaison: As a distributor, we will forward defect claims to the manufacturer. We do not accept direct liability for manufacturing faults.
• Pre-Installation Rule: No claims can be considered once the product has been cut or installed.

6. Orders, Cancellations & Fees

• Discretion: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
• Admin Fees: Approved cancellations will incur an administrative fee to cover merchant processing and handling costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Harvey Grays shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages, including replacement costs or tradesman fees, arising from the use of our products or delivery delays.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
